Basic Bag Making Class

Join us for a fun and creative Bag Making Class designed for sewists of all skill levels! Whether you're brand-new to sewing or looking to enhance your bag-making techniques, this class will walk you through every step of creating a beautiful, functional bag from start to finish.

Students will learn:

How to read and follow a bag pattern
Cutting, interfacing, and stabilizing fabric for structure
Installing zippers, pockets, and closures
Sewing clean seams and professional finishes
Assembly techniques for totes, pouches, and everyday bags

You’ll leave class with a completed handmade bag and the confidence to make many more on your own!

All supplies are provided. Just bring your creativity — we’ll guide you the rest of the way!
